..or deny access to work as it should be known. My claims were supposed to be up for review last November but I had no communication from them. Had to contact them and then they gave me an extension to Jaunary 28th when it would be reviewed again. They made a mistake in the claims calculation and had to send out two letters.
Now roll on to a few weeks before the claims expiry. They request a medical report - this is done at a cost of £12. A week before the expiry I am told that they will contact me next week. Days pass and they do not contact me. Iring them the day before the expiry only to be told that the person who makes the decision is in Birmingham and wont be back until the following week - ie after the expiry date. I am beginning to wonder whether all this is a delaying tactic in the hope of me getting so frustrated that I will give up...
